Training for an race or event can be tricky with day to day life, let me make that easier for you with a plan and guidance till your race/event day.

Each Plan includes (all till race day)

  • Break down of training day by day till race/event day.​

  • Structured to your lifestyle, work and family commitments.

  • Guidance with any changes to be made through injury, work or commitments.

  • Knowledge sharing, as I have tried and tested most ways to train for each events.

 

My Race/Event history includes;

Run - 5km, 10km, half marathon, marathon, ultra marathon (106km and 100km)

Triathlon - sprint, Olympic, half Ironman, Ironman

Events - Hyrox, Turf games (engine and comp), tough mudder, red bull 25 hour cycle, run24
